Refund policy

General Return/Exchange Policy:

All returns/exchanges will be considered on a case by case basis.  In most circumstances, returns will be accepted upon receipt of the unused portion of the product.  If the product or product packaging (e.g. the bottle) is damaged or contaminated, a replacement will be issued after proof of issue is received.  Refunds will only be issued for the price of the product only.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 6512 Baum dr., ste 8, Knoxville, TN 37919.  CONTACT US BEFORE SENDING YOUR RETURN. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Exchanges will be issued for damaged/defective products and we will assume the cost of shipping. We will likely require the return of the original product or satisfactory proof of the issue/arrival condition when damaged product has been received.  Do not dispose of defective product unless/until we have instructed you to do so.  

European Union 14 day cooling off period (NOT APPLICABLE RIGHT NOW SINCE WE DONT SHIP OUTSIDE THE USA)
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Refunds are to be determined on a case by case basis and are to be determined solely by Prodigy Tattoo Products representatives and typically only issued on returned and unused products. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund and we are not responsible for processing times.  If you feel too much time has passed and you have not received your refund please contact us at prodigytattooproducts@gmail.com and we will do whatever we can to expedite the process.
